Private Appointments

We offer private appointments to shop the collection at our Seattle showroom. We also offer virtual shopping experiences. These appointments are complimentary. Please email client services to schedule an appointment.

Alterations & Repairs

We offer basic alteration and repair services at our Seattle showroom to adjust the length of sleeves, hemlines and apply buttons to garments that are sold with an extra set. These services are complimentary. Please email client services to schedule an appointment. Note that once garments have been altered, we cannot accept returns.

Gift Packaging

All orders purchased online arrive suitable for gift giving. The addition of a handwritten message is optional at checkout. Please note that packages will not include invoices, packing slips or payment information. Order information is only available electronically and can be referenced by signing into your customer account.

Shipping & Tracking

Standard shipping is complimentary.

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-10 business days. In a hurry?! We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee at checkout.

As soon as your order ships, we'll send an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status to get the latest shipping and tracking information. 

Please ensure that your order ships to a secure location. Once the package has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Currently we only ship to the United States and Canada. For international shipping requests, please send us a note at clientservices@tentownsend.com.

Online Returns

We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you would like to make a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:

1.  Send your request to clientservices@tentownsend.com. We'll reply with a return shipping label for print.

2.  Secure the garment(s) in the original packaging. Please note that we only accept items sent back in perfect condition - new, unused and with all tags and labels attached.

3.  Affix the pre-paid label to the outside of the original delivery box. Cover any existing labels.

4.  Ship within (7) seven days of order receipt to ensure your parcel is returned to us within (14) fourteen days of the original delivery date.

5.  If you have requested an exchange, your replacement item will be shipped upon the receipt of the original order.

In-Person Returns

Additionally, returns and exchanges can be made at our Seattle showroom. Note that the showroom is not open to the public. Please be in touch at clientservices@tentownsend.com to schedule an appointment.

Gift Returns

Gifted items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within (14) fourteen days of the original purchase date. To exchange or return a gifted item, please email client services and provide the original order number and/or name of the purchaser.


Your order will only be accepted for full refund if returned unworn and in original condition and packaging within (14) fourteen days of the original delivery date.

When handling the garments, we ask that you take extra care to avoid contact with perfumes, make-up or jewelry that may alter or damage the fabric.

Once your return order is received and processed, we’ll send an email to confirm your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Note that it may take several days for your refund to post to your account.
